"Amazing breakfast spread. I think worth the price. Really kind, polite restaurant staff. 5 star level food. Pool, gym, amenities pretty high class. Rooftop view is amazing. We stayed for almost 14 days in total. First leg the room was amazing. Then we went to Johur Bahru for a few days then came back for the last leg of our stay. Unfortunately, for our second leg, the room was NOT GOOD. There were water damaged floorboards, the room had old scratched up furniture, and for a couple days...

"Location is a bit far from activities."

"The ball room was good, but the guest room was not so comfortable one, because there were only a few amenities, no slippers in the room, and the carpet was not cleaned well. Meals, including served during wedding party were satisfactory."

"Colaboradores na recepção eram todos muito inexperientes, ruins mesmo."

"The room was very spacious and comfortable with a great view. Very convenient to the mall without going outside. You can find everything in the mall."

"Good location , good service"

"New, clean, helpful staff."

"Amazing property !! Great stay!"

"It’s a pretty nice layout property. "

"Stayed there every single time, and this is my third time for this year. Every time is also at level 7. First 2 times was good, but not this round. Believe the housekeeping can do a better job. Hairs on wash basins upon checked-in and stains around shower area. Room was dusty as my sensitive nose keep sneezing, don't think hotels nowadays do vacuum the carpet everyday. I spotted my own hair on the carpet (same spot) for the entire stay."

"The whole building has been tastefully refurbished to be green. But it is not elder friendly. Shower area and whole bathroom are slippery. No grab bars. Glass doors throughout the building have very heavy hinges and the elderly can only get them opened halfway."

"What an excellent choice of location to base ourselves in KL. Far enough from the city centre to be able to enjoy the calm serenity of the surrounding nature during early mornings yet close enough to jump in a taxi to the Petronas Towers for example. Transport is very easy, airport taxi initially then the Grab app thereafter, simple. The hotel provides a pleasant balance between business elegance whilst at the same time catering for visitors and families. We stayed in a Villa which is probably...

"Decent stay overall but Wi-Fi and keycard policies need improvement. I stayed at Crystal Crown Hotel PJ for one night. Overall, most things were fine and the room was clean, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient. However, there were two noticeable drawbacks. First, the Wi-Fi speed was slow; I experienced frequent lagging even while using Zoom and watching YouTube. Second, their keycard policy is unexpected; they only provide one keycard per room and...
