"Small boutique villa style resort , very new clean bathrooms perfect staff very polite and helpful , if you want a place where you can just relax then this is the place , we stopped here on the way to Amed from Lovina and just relaxed and chilled for 3 days the messages were great and they organised transport for the next leg of our journey, the only improvement I could think that could be done given the room in each of the villas would be to put a day bed on the porch and a luggage holder piece...

"Helt klart anbefalelsesværdigt! Vi havde en fantastisk villa med udsigt til havet og egen pool. Der var lidt langt at gå fra hovedhuset, men det gjorde os ingenting. Personalet var enormt søde og hjælpsomme. De lavede dejlig mad, som både os voksne og børn kunne lide. Hotellet ligger dejlig fredeligt, men med mange spændende udflugtsmuligheder inden for rimelig afstand. Jeg ville ikke tøve med at booke det igen!"

"Beautiful and convenient location, with a great outdoor space for relaxing and just hanging out. Wonderful and helpful staff. The warm water pool and fire pit at night are great amenities to have in the mountain. Overall, we had a great stay at the property."

"The property outside was so beautiful. The inside the room was cute, but strong mildew smell. The dehumidifier was really dirty. I cleaned it and turned on to remove dampness. I moved because closet outlet not working. Bed & pillows not comfortable. The people were truly kind and helpful. Restaurant not good at all skipped breakfast after eating dinner there night before. Also road was really busy and noisy. Overall good experience people so kind and friendly and helpful."

"The staff were very good and friendly. The property is older hence 4 stars but the room was very spacious and the huge deck with the heart shaped tub was enjoyable. Great spot if you want to relax and read a book. Was able to snorkle right off the front door but not a lot of fish to see. Spa treatment was reasonable and nice. "

"Wij hebben hier een aantal nachten verbleven. We zijn erg vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen een kamer met fantastisch uitzicht. Het hotel is niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, omdat het hotel veel trappen heeft. We hebben meermaals gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad en het restaurant. Ook hier is het personeel erg vriendelijk en ze denken graag met je mee als je een allergie hebt. Het hotel ligt op ongeveer 30 minuten van Lovina."

"2 day's spend in heaven! Due our trip around bali we've spend the night in this small resort just to relax for a moment. The hotel is just like the photo's or better say, even better! Beside that the service was personal and excellent! I love the kindness and the passion the staff had for there job and guests. I've also booked the massage at the resort because the flight and miles of traveling did'nt do any good to my back, But after 1 hour i was reborn! (Thank u Awi!) The manager was checking...

"The room itself was lovely and clean with a beautiful view and a balcony on which to enjoy it! However, the bathroom let the room down, it was mouldy in places and generally smelled damp - it simply needs a good bleach and scrub! The hotel itself was dusty everywhere, perhaps a hazard of the volcanic area, but it didn’t inspire confidence on our arrival. The lounge upstairs is a nice and stylish place to relax and the staff were friendly and helpful - they helped us book a taxi to our next...
