1. No pets on furniture or beds – Help us keep our space clean and cozy for all guests. Please bring your pet’s bedding.
2. Leash required in shared common areas – For the safety and comfort of everyone, please keep your pet on a leash in communal spaces.
3. Breed approval required – Kindly mention your pet’s breed when booking for approval.
4. Responsible pet ownership – While there’s no pet fee, we ask that you keep our furniture clean and free from damage. Any damages caused by pets will be the owner’s responsibility.

For guests planning to stay with us for more than 28 days please note that we require additional documentation to support our background check process for a small fee. Alternatively, we accept employment letters or internship letters as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests. Also, there will be an additional cleaning fee applied with the amount of $100 for long term stay.
