"Place was not ready to rent. There were multiple problems that can be fixed and it would be fine. As it was, this was one of the worst places we've ever stayed.The bathroom sink did not drain for 5 hours. The host clearly knew about this since the drain had been dismantled. One of the two kitchen chairs was broken. There was no dish soap and the silverware was dirty. The kitchen trash had not been emptied. He loves the large yard, watching the trails from the windows, and exploring the nearby beach and hiking trails with us.The home is simple, comfortable, and has everything needed for a few days away. "I stayed here with my husband, son and mother in law and it was perfect! Bella gave all the information we needed for easy check in, even providing a video on how to unlock the front door. The home was soooo clean and comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed, even Q tips, which i forgot to bring. There were yummy snacks and drinks for when we arrived, which was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend this property. Top of my list of VRBOs that i have used previously....

"We really like the area and the building is walkable to were we go. Our room is over a garage but more than enough space for me and my fiancé. The patio area outside of the room is a nice spot to hangout and watch a sunset or just chit chat. The room even had a hot plate. We didn't need to use it. Still good to know. We'll for sure be back when we go out that way again. Also, the food by the water is so good."
