Field Day is a Modern Farmhouse located in the picturesque Farm District, professionally decorated by Seabrook's own SeaWorthy Home!
Your mornings will start off right with a sunrise view of the Farm District pasture as you sip your cup of coffee on the grand south facing front porch; porch swing included. Your day will get even better as your pup and kids enjoy running around Horseshoe Park located right off the front porch. Spend your day strolling through town, stopping by the Windgate Equestrian barn to see the ponies or taking multiple paths through the charming town on the way down to the beach. A collection of beach toys, beach towels, and 6 backpack chairs are provided.
At Field Day, we have taken care to provide every comfort you might need. In the open kitchen you will enjoy socializing at the kitchen bar while the cooks appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, including a farmhouse sink large enough for the stockpot you can use for your big seafood feast. Take time out lounging in the living room by the gas fireplace watching TV on the large flat screen. At the top of the stairs, a media room welcomes kids of all ages for some time on the Xbox One or head to the expansive bunk room for some board games and puzzles.
Outside, fire up the propane BBQ on the back porch and gather outside at the backyard picnic table. At sunset, roast s’mores at the new fire pit situated at the entrance to Horseshoe Park. Before heading to bed, take in the evening view of the twinkling lights of the Farm District with your favorite beverage under the built-in overhead porch heaters.
Pet Friendly
Dogs love Seabrook and we love your dog! This pet friendly home provides dog bowls, an XL memory foam dog bed (fresh dog sheet provided by Cottage Rentals) and an outdoor shower for washing off sandy paws located in the fully fenced backyard. Field Day is just a few houses down from the off-leash dog park.
Kid Friendly
Having small children ourselves we added kid friendly touches to keep the little ones busy and make your stay more relaxing as adults. The bunk room has an adjacent kids' toy room with a collection of toys, puzzles, books and games to entertain a variety of ages. The walk-in shed stores a collection of outdoor games to fully take advantage of the expansive grass in Horseshoe Park, including corn hole, giant jenga, kites, balls and Frisbees. And the backyard area is fully fenced. Field Day’s location maximizes the kid friendly Seabrook amenities; the playground (with zipline), basketball courts, tennis, and pickle ball courts are all within a stone’s throw. The heated indoor pool and hot tub are a five minute walk. Although cribs and highchairs are not provided, they can be rented through Cottage Rentals for a small fee.
Home Interior
The oversized washer and dryer and located right off the kitchen. The primary bedroom is on the main floor with a king sized bed. Upstairs is second bedroom with a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has 2 bunks with 4 XL twins. Field Day comfortably sleeps 8 guests; great for a large family or two families with 4 kids. For a larger group or for more privacy within your group, please consider renting another home on Horseshoe Park.
