"Amazing unit. We only stayed for one night due to missing our flight, but we were amazed by the property and its staff. We plan to spend more time at this resort on our next vacation to phuket."

"We booked and paid for the 3 bedroom beachfront grand villa with private pool. The villa was lovely and the view was great. Within 20 min of arriving and unpacking, we discovered a cockroach nest (NEST) in the drain of one of the showers. The hotel moved us to an “upgraded” villa that was not actually an upgrade at all (moved us to a 5 bedroom with only 2 rooms with a view from a 3 bedroom with 3 rooms with views…keeping in mind there were only 3 of us, so an extra 2 bedrooms was of no use to...

"We had the pool villa beautiful room very clean however the door was not maintained and was always stuck trying to enter or exit Love the private pool The breakfast was a process took over a hour to get our food but I will say they are renovating the main breakfast area could be the reason it was just a lot longer then we expected"

Desde os detalhes do quarto até o exímio serviço dignos de um real hotel 5 estrelas. Minha esposa por ter que ir embora de lá. É um hotel com praias privativa e um pouco distante de outras facilidades. Então o foco dentre é que os hóspedes fiquem a maior parte do tempo dentro dele. Porém eles oferecem shuttle para Patong e atividades durante o dia todo."
