"This trip was one of the best experiences for me and my girlfriend, and overall everything was positive.
Our stay coincided with a severe winter storm that caused power outages in parts of Allentown, including the hotel. The outage created major disruptions — key cards malfunctioned, heating systems failed, phones were down, and essential services stopped working. "We were upgraded to a Executive King Suite which was over the top. Rooms here are not cheap but understand one is in a facility which has everything and is part of the Casino, We attended a great concert in Event Center which is part of the complex. Never had to leave once we checked in. Very top shelf enjoyment!"
