"Rooms were clean and everything we needed was there. The traffic was noisy late into the night which made getting to sleep difficult. It was frustrating to find out after making the booking that a car stacker was used which required an appointment with orientation. Given we were not sure when we would arrive, it made it impossible to make an appointment to have the orientation which meant we could not use the parking "

"Very clean appartment, quite rooms, I cooked 2 cakes in the oven perfectly, and the staff responded to text quite quickly and were very kind"

"Location was good, very handy, close to Southern Cross station. Staff were nice. I ended up having to move rooms because the room I had booked had a connecting door to the adjoining room and you could hear the neighbour. I wish this information had been clear when making the booking. Apparently all of their studio apartments have adjoining doors to other rooms. One bedroom apartment was spacious and kitchen had all utensils. TV was 55 inches I believe which is quite generous."

"Very disappointing. Parking very scarce near reception and while searching, many one way alleys had us spending too much time just getting to check in. Then the guy on the counter also seemed to be reservations so we had to wait while he completed a demanding transaction on the phone. Finally got to drive into the car park, way after the 2 minutes allowed on the street-park. The car park door eventually opened after swiping the card many times. At room level, the place looked like a student...

"Fair hotel. One would expect much more from such priced stay. Small room with no night lights and mirror light in the bathroom (wear sunglasses if you need in the middle of the night). No replenishment of room coffee. No water provided with the cheap excuse of sustainability... Really? "
