"A little dated, but clean. Holes on wall where pictures used to hang. Bathroom vent fan sounded a lot like an old washing machine. Location was good. Parking ample. No microwave, but had coffee pot, safe and mini fridge. Would I stay here again? Maybe."

"The front desk found a way to get us a first floor room because my mother is handicap and not able to use stairs. *No Elevator* Our room smelled like mold and had cobwebs in every corner. It also did not have a fridge. * It was sitting outside the room broken* I had to go to the desk to get toilet paper because there was none. I really thought highly of the man for helping us out, so I did not complain."

"I always inspect hotel rooms the minute I walk in. Mine was very clean. The a/c kept a cool 67°, however it can be loud when running (but I love having fan noise when I sleep, so It didn’t bother me). Speaking of sleep, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the sheets were clean. In the bathroom, everything was very clean. The property is aging, which showed in the bathroom the most. The shower head would no longer swivel up or down. That made taking a shower interesting and challenging. I...

"We did not actually stay here. We were relocated to their sister property The Inn at Glaiser Glen. The staff was great, we really didn't use the amenities as this was a trip to see family. I would definitely stay again though."

"Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer."

"Breakfast for free was good, I would suggest cereal’s instead of donuts though. Either way it was clean and smells fresh in the rooms. I will come back and stay again ."

"I highly recommend as a mini vacation get away. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the beds are terrible. They are so noisy and the springs dig into your body. Every time my son would move, it sounded like the bed as going to fall apart. A couple other same things: I wish the water refill stations worked, the pool tables kept jamming and we were constantly having to go get help, and the water pressure could’ve been better. Other than that, it was a great choice overall."
