"This house has an excellent location on a great beach! We spent more time at this beach than any other because it was easy to walk to the house when you needed something. The beach was not crowded, calm, and beautiful. The water is very clear and the area in front of the house is very sandy and good for swimming. "There was 7 of us. Grandparents in their 60s, two adult children with their wives and one granddaughter 7 months old. The unit was extremely clean, and spacious. Each couple had their own bathroom. All three bedrooms and bathrooms were good size especially the master which had a wall of sliding glass looking out over the pool and beach. Spectacular!! "I booked the Villa for myself and 11 close friends to help me celebrate my 60th birthday. Ginny (the owner) was so helpful and made sure that everything went smoothly, gave us so many ideas and things to do. She really went out of her way to make this wonderful. In addition, Ursula (Villa staff) was an absolute gem. She helped us navigate all the amenities, as well as show us trails and give so much support. Walking distance to everything Simpson Bay and a great starting point for the whole island ( you need a car). Accommodations are as they look in the photos and the owners are attentive to all needs.
