After two years of construction, we are pleased to present our latest project in a dream setting: Villa Turquoise, a brand-new beachfront villa offering the perfect balance between contemporary elegance and Caribbean charm.

Nestled on the unspoiled shores of Oyster Pond, the villa invites you to discover the luxury of island living, with an idyllic, unobstructed view of the ocean. Here, the sea stretches as far as the eye can see, right in front of the private pool, creating a unique atmosphere where every moment will make you feel truly privileged.

Absolute comfort
This villa offers optimal comfort, spread over two floors, featuring four spacious bedrooms and three elegant bathrooms, designed to blend comfort and modernity.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with king- or queen-size beds for optimal rest.
On the first floor: a bedroom with a private bathroom, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a guest restroom, and a spacious living room bathed in light thanks to its large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean.
Upstairs: a master suite with a private terrace overlooking the ocean, as well as two additional bedrooms sharing a common bathroom.

Wheelchair-accessible: bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, ideal for people with limited mobility.

Each space has been carefully decorated in soft, natural tones, evoking the sea, sand, and the tropics. The home is fully equipped to make you feel right at home while enjoying the charm of an exceptional stay.

An ideal location
Located in a secure residence with a water tank to prepare for Saint Martin’s unpredictable weather, the villa enjoys a peaceful and convenient setting. Just a short walk away, a wild, undeveloped beach lets you enjoy a peaceful swim. The first developed beaches, such as Dawn Beach and its Marriott hotel, are just a 5-minute drive away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find high-quality restaurants as well as a convenience store offering premium French and Italian products, along with a wide selection of wines and spirits.
