We had a fabulous stay at this home in Oxnard at the end of June 2026. The home was spacious, comfortable, and clean. There was more than enough room for our family of four and our dog. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need, and the garage had all kinds of beach chairs and boogie boards for use. This house was located just a few homes away from a very accessible path to the beach. The yard was fully enclosed so we had peace of mind letting our dog wander a bit in the back. Communication with the ReMax property managers was easy and they were very quick to respond. We loved our stay and would absolutely love to stay there again sometime!!

Thanksgiving in the rain

Great house for 8 people. Two kitchens came in handy. Played card games walked the beach when it stopped raining. Had a great time. Thank you

The location food and shops were very convenient. The house was clean and stocked. The doggie door was perfect for our dog. We loved the beds, very comfortable and would definitely recommend this stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our weekend stay. This house is a very short,easy walk to the beach. Close enough that you can walk back to use the restroom or get that forgotten item conveniently. The layout is also nice for multiple families. The suite downstairs is almost its own unit with its own kitchen/patio/bathroom. This makes it convenient for two families, or perhaps grandparents on the first floor, other families on top etc. Clean, easy check in/check out, would recommend.

Great time was had by all

The house was great and accommodated all 10 of us comfortably. The downstairs kitchen didn't have the appliances hooked up, but the upstairs kitchen was great. There were tons of towels for the beach, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Silver Strand is windier than I thought it would be. The little town is cute and walkable. Not a lot of restaurants but we can recommend the Strandwhich for breakfast or lunch. Have fun! We did.

Great Location, Great property

This property felt like home away from home. My family really enjoyed it being steps to the beach and the functional floor plan which was perfect for entertaining.

Awesome stay!

We loved staying at the house. It was very clean and spacious, and half a block from the beach! Would definitely stay again! We came with friends and all our kids and it was fantastic!

Has everything you need for a long beach weekend. Great kitchen and outdoor spaces and literally a few footsteps from the sand.

Beach Accomodations for Out of Town Family

The space accommodated the 10 of us comfortably. The close proximity to the beach made for a nice family outing the day before the party at an offsite venue. We were able to host other family members during the day with the extra patio and balcony space. Clean and great amenities.
