  • Esta casa recentemente remodelada é uma lufada de ar fresco. É exatamente o que você precisará para relaxar e afastar sua mente dos estressores da vida cotidiana. O piso de madeira e azulejo em toda a propriedade ajuda a dar uma sensação de frescura e arejamento. Existem dois quartos no primeiro andar. O mestre possui uma cama queen, TV de tela plana e banheiro principal com chuveiro / banheira combinados. O quarto principal também tem acesso direto ao pátio do quintal. O segundo quarto é acessível através do mestre e também possui uma cama queen. Existem mais dois quartos localizados no andar de cima. Um quarto possui uma cama de rodízio que pode funcionar como dois gêmeos ou uma rainha. Também tem acesso privado a uma varanda. O quarto quarto também possui uma cama queen. Há uma segunda casa de banho completa localizada no segundo nível, que também possui um chuveiro / banheira combinados. A cozinha é de morrer! Bancadas elegantes e limpas e utensílios de aço inoxidável mantêm a casa elegante e moderna. Você sempre fará parte da festa enquanto cozinha nesta cozinha com seu amplo bar para café da manhã, que acrescenta assentos adicionais à área de jantar. Property location is ideal. Close to beach and walking distance to eateries. Outside of minor cleaning issue that was easily remedied, property is perfect. Only recommendation is to add propane bbq.

Very clean! We loved how close it is to the beach (less than a minute walk). Upstairs has an ocean view. We loved our stay. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect location & very short walk to the beach too

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beautiful home is perfectly located just a few houses away from the sand. It’s very clean, has just about every utensil & cooking item you’d need as well as plenty of household items. Plenty of towels for bathing & beach towels. My family had an amazing time for my hubbys 51st. Bday & Father’s Day. Daily walks to enjoy the beach were awesome! We enjoyed gathering around the large dining table for breakfast, dinner & games at night with our young kids. Packed sandwiches to picnic on the beach for lunches. It was a perfect week that we would love to do again. We really enjoyed the Hollywood Beach café just around the corner a few times, highly recommend their Bloody Mary! The farmers market at channel Islands on Sundays is amazing, my entire family loved it almost as much as I did for a 1st timer haha! Lots of food & souvenirs were bought & I love them all. Don’t drive there though, not worth trying with only an 8 min nice walk. We tried, turned back & walked. Overall I highly recommend this home. It was perfect for our family!

Beach house stay

We enjoyed our stay at your home and it was very convenient for us since the rest of our family were only a block and a half away. The house was clean and worked for all 8 of us to stay here!

Amazing location

We always love to come to Hollywood Beach for Fourth of July and it was a perfect weekend with friends and family. Can’t tell you how great it was to be across the street from the beach. My only suggestion would to have the kitchen a little bit more stocked with things to use had trouble finding pots… but we worked around it

Wonderful beach house!

We love this beach and have stayed in the area many times, but this was the first in this home and it was a wonderful house and location. Plenty of rooms for our family of 5 and well maintained. Plus, you can’t beat the great location just walking across the small street to the beach. Highly recommend!

Awesome beach house!

We love staying at Oxnard beach for a week every summer and this house is the perfect spot to enjoy the trip! It’s literally across the (tiny neighborhood) street from the beach, making it easy to head in and out throughout the day. There was plenty of room in the house for our family & we especially enjoyed the comfy beds and the fun beach gear (boogie boards, bucket & sand toys, chairs, etc.) We hope to stay again next summer!

Fabulous Stay

Our family of five absolutely loved every minute in this vacation home. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the peekaboo ocean views and walking across the street to the beach. Its location near restaurants and the harbor is also quite enjoyable. Communication and check in/out were all very clear and simple. We would definitely return!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented for the past 10 years plus in Hollywood Beach. This is the first time the house did not have garbage bags, tissue boxes (1 in the house), no message that there are numerous steps to the living area,the fridge filter needed changing, no pantry for food, and no bathroom mats.

Seaside Getaway

What a perfect home base! We met up with cousins for lazy days on the beach and we were not disappointed. The house had plenty of spaces catching up, family card games and taking a quiet moment. We took the chairs, buckets, ice chest, umbrellas and boogie boards provided out to the shore for epic afternoons in the waves. Fantastic!

Everything within easy walk or bike ride. Views of sand water and the islands. House was immaculate. 4 bedrooms great for 1 or 2 families. Kitchen a little small but who wants to cook on vacation with every type of cuisine in walking distance. Remax is always a pleasure to do business with.

Clean, modern house, just steps away from the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is modernized, clean and generally comfortable. The only part that wasn't great were the sheets! There is nothing like comfortable hotel sheets and some of the beds, including the master were pilling and scratchy. Also, there is no air or ceiling fans and during the day it can get quite warm even though it's right near the beach. There is also no heat and only one extra blanket in the house. Very generous with towels, shampoos and body washes!

Great Family Beach Home

Reviewer Comments: Great location, just steps away from the sand, the water is a little bit of a walk but worth it, close to Hollywood Beach Café, & the harbor. The home was impeccable, well stocked, the fully stocked kitchen, except for there were no dish towels, (could use dishtowels) Plenty of bath and beach towels. Two roomy bedrooms and 1 bath are downstairs, great for a family, you must walk through one bedroom to get to the other. The kitchen, large dining table, living room w/ fireplace, full bath & 2 bedrooms, balcony overlooking the street are all on the second floor. Balcony is a little tight but was very nice to sit and relax and enjoy the ocean air. The large rooftop deck as well, however you must access it from a bedroom, so hopefully no one is sleeping if you want to go up on the rooftop. Unfortunately, it is difficult to see sunsets from the rooftop, but a great area to enjoy a glass of wine or look at the stars. A small backyard with a patio table. A few suggestions that would be helpful to future renters, if more information of what is available, such as type of coffee maker, so you know if you need coffee pods or loose coffee, also if extra paper towels/toilet paper are needed. Just an FYI, the queen beds are a little high, but comfortable, luckily there was a trundle bed for our mom to sleep in which was much lower to the ground, however she did say it squeaked a lot when she would move. It would also be helpful to know which beach items are available in the garage for guest to use, such as beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chest, etc, this would help with ones packing. The 10 am departure is early considering the things that need to be completed before your departure. Those should be re considered since one is paying the cleaning fee. The management company was great to work with, and very responsive to a few questions we had during our stay Our overall stay was FABULOUS, creating family memories, and we would definitely rent this beautiful home in the future.

SO many rules

A lot of fees, or threat of fees if you break any rules. Rules were a bit unrealistic if you're actually trying to entertain. There are a lot of chores you have to complete before the 10 am checkout as well. And one of the bedrooms with a queen size bed is only accessible by walking through the master. This is my third attempt posting an honest review so hopefully it's still enough to help.
