"Good location but the cleanliness factor was decisive for the bad evaluation. I found hair in the bathtub, dirty bathroom and used-looking pillows. They should stick to these details because it is well regarded and I like to stay in this hotel chain."

"Clean, quiet, walking distance to the Ole Miss campus and football stadium."

"Great location! Walking distance to the square. Host was very attentive!"

"Perfectly appointed and clean! Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"I am a mother traveling with my daught and grandsonthar was playing a baseball tournament in Oxford. Not more than 10 minutes arriving, a cop was in front porch asking my grandson if he had been spraying paint on houses. He absolutely was not, never out of our eyes and we were still unloading. A vert loud sound hit the house in middle of nights, cops again everywhere which us being women made us very frightened and uncomfortable. Roaches in front bath tub in the morning"

"People at the front were very nice. But hotel was so run down and poorly maintained."

"Our stay was wonderful and the condo was clean, well stocked, decorated beautifully and comfortable. I sent a couple of suggestions to the owner who was very receptive. The bedroom window needs a blackout curtain as the lights from the gas station that sit behind the building are very bright at night and makes sleeping difficult. At least for us it did. I would have loved to sit on the porch in the morning to drink my coffee, but there was no outside furniture. Other than those two very fixable...

"Amazing location!"

"This stay was excellent for our needs. Booking and check in easy and quick. Property was clean and well maintained. Host was friendly and attentive. Quick response with any communication. Great place to stay and great price! Bed was comfortable for a great night sleep! "

"The property was accurately described. It was nice. I ended up changing my travel plans and adding a day to arrive sooner and requested to drop the last day but the host wouldn’t accomodate a request made a week prior and I was still charged $800 for the last night I didn’t use. The bedding was mediocre at best. Pillows were very poor quality, as were the sheets and covers. Overall an ok stay, prices were very high parents weekend everywhere. No cable."
