Swayze Stays is a spacious and welcoming Oxford condo designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Featuring two QUEEN suites, this home offers plenty of space for families and friends to unwind. Located in Fleur de Lis condominiums, right off of Old Taylor Road & less than 2 miles from The Square and Ole Miss. Swayze Stays offers easy access to Oxford’s top dining, shopping, and entertainment, making it the perfect home away from home!

- We have 3 TVs – one in the living room and one in each bedroom
- We provide starter supplies of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, and trash bags. Once this supply runs out, you will need to purchase additional supplies.
- We are pleased to offer concierge services and can deliver groceries, flowers and/or spirits to the home before your arrival for an extra fee!

From Swayze Stays you’ll have easy access to everything charming Oxford has to offer with its beautiful old brick buildings, lush magnolia and crepe myrtle trees, and the gorgeous historic streets lined with boutique shops and delicious eats. We are located in the Fleur De Lis neighborhood – designed with a stylish French flair!

Take a quick drive to The Square, the hub of the city and home to a variety of shops and elegant boutiques including the south’s oldest department store. Around the bend, you will find one of the nation’s most renowned independent bookstores and an art gallery featuring a variety of art forms and monthly showings. Oxford has some of the best restaurants – one trip is never long enough!

- PET FREE PROPERTY - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.

***CANCELLATION POLICY***
Oxford Vacation Rentals offers a 60-day cancellation policy, allowing flexibility while ensuring fairness to both guests and homeowners. However, Oxford Vacation Rentals maintains a strict no-cancellation policy for high-demand events, including Ole Miss football games (regular and postseason), concerts, the Double Decker Festival, and Ole Miss Graduation. These events bring significant demand, and reservations are considered final once booked.

RULES
- Minimum Age: we require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 to stay at the property throughout the rental term.
- All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature.
- Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
- We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, and much more.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the property for your stay. Should we finish early, we will automatically notify you.
- No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home.
- We do not rent to locals without prior host permission. Please message us first – we do not allow parties or additional guests without prior host permission.
- No lifeguard on duty – guests must be responsible for the safety and care of all members of their party and while at the pool.

*Departure instructions: We don't believe in long chore lists for our guests - you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
