I recently visited the Holiday Inn Oxford hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel was clean and provided a peaceful atmosphere, which was appreciated. However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. Firstly, during check-in, I found the front desk staff to be lacking in sincerity, which affected the overall impression of the service. Additionally, the room I stayed in was quite dark, and when I requested an extra lamp to brighten up the space, I was informed that it wasn't possible. This was disappointing as it hindered the comfort of the room. Lastly, there was a discrepancy with the parking fee. The staff quoted a price of £40 (I had no choice to paid), whereas in your Expedia website mentioned a fee of only £6 at the time of booking. This inconsistency was frustrating and should be addressed for better customer satisfaction.
