Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of a few spaces: The 2 car garage (big one) and the hot tub in the upstairs bathroom

-AWD or 4WD required for vehicles during the winter months.
-Dogs are allowed for $150 per stay - no cats allowed, please. We ask that you pick up after your dog. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
