Nick, the property, location, neighborhood, and those beds were absolutely wonderful. My reason for four stars (I would have give 4.5 stars if rating allowed). It was very cold and windy during our stay and you could feel the cool air downstairs entering through the front door and windows, while upstairs it was very warm (we kept those celing fans running). Weather-stripping could fix that.

This Vrbo was perfect place for my mom and I to stay. The first floor bedroom and bathroom was perfect so that she didnā€™t have to walk up and down stairs(sheā€™s 80). We got to see my daughter dance all weekend with the OMDC and enjoy all that Oxford has to offer. The bedding was so comfy!! I def recommend.

We really enjoyed this property. Very clean and Nick was super accommodating. I highly Recommend this quiet neighborhood. Lots of sidewalks for morning walks etc. the only thing is the street lights shining into the bedrooms at night. Maybe take a blackout blindfold with you if you like a dark room. Otherwise it was perfect for us.

Came into town just to explore Oxford! The home was great and had plenty of space for 8 of us. Each room having a full bathroom was convenient! Kids enjoyed the pickle ball and BB court. We visited the main pool and it was a good size, but you can tell it has not been cleaned for a while. Overall great stay and will stay again if we come back to Oxford!

We had a fantastic stay at The Good Life in Oxford! The location was convenient to campus and the square. The house was just as described, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had 4 adults and 2 teens stay there, and there was plenty of room for all of us. We hope to stay there again.
