This beautiful waterfront home just a few feet from the shore with sweeping views from Rockland Harbor, all the way up Penobscot Bay, and into the Camden Hills, is located in desirable Owls Head.   Head north and enjoy the happening town life that the adjoining towns of Rockland, Rockport and Camden have to offer. Head south and experience "the way life used to be" in Owls Head, Thomaston, Spruce Head, and Tenants Harbor.

The  deck provides a relaxing opportunity to enjoy all of your meals or watch the schooners sail by.  The beach in front of the cottage is rocky but accessible.  This property is all about the views.  Sandy beaches in Owls Head are located a few minutes away by car. The kitchen was upgraded to all stainless steel appliances in 2018 & 2019 and new home decor added throughout the houose. 

Close by attractions include Owls Head Light State Park or the Owls Head Transportation Museum. With downtown Rockland a short ride away, you can enjoy the Farnsworth Museum, wonderful art galleries, interesting shopping and art museums, plentiful restaurants, golf courses, as well as the museum at the end of the Breakwater inside the Rockland Light, which is still in operation.
