"It was a good value, amenities, free parking and balcony were great. Downsides: The lobby is right near the hustle and bustle of the pool area, kinda hard to hear and even form a line. The hallway and even my room reeked of weed. I tried to air it out by opening the balcony door but, it was still there. Seemed a little better by morning, but I only was staying 1 night anyway."

"This hotel is horrible! There’s mold everywhere in the rooms. Even on the lamp shades. No toiletries at all in the room. Only toilet paper. Not even a bar of soap. I asked for a second pillow and a blanket and the woman actually asked me how many people were sleeping in the room. It was only my husband and myself. They must be spraying daily for the mold because the smell is terrible! I had to leave the door open so I could get used to it. I would have said something about it all when we got...

"This property is a dump, very unsafe and should be torn down and made an emty lot. They charged me for a pet but I have a service dog. There was people hanging out in the parking lot until 2 in the morning, noise and very unsafe. DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"A very nice historical building. Newer owner bringing it back. Beds comfortable, location to beach and down town great, however balance that with traffic activity /noise being on a corner lot. Having earlier serving to continental breakfast is an opportunity."

"The staff was a exceptional. Beach access was great. We only had two issues. One was cosmetic repairs - the ceiling had been repaired and the patched area was painted a slightly different color. They should have painted the entire ceiling. Also, there was some missing tile in bathroom and sloppy caulking around sink. The second issue was the mandatory valet parking. "Beach view was excellent staff very friendly and helpful coffee in lobby all the time. Bar Resturant on site good bar food(not opened for breakfast though) parking was offsite , down the road a short walk .There was a small amount of parking at hotel but not many. Overall good for the price but needed some upgrades for sure"

The views were amazing and it was well stocked, clean, and a very nice room. What I didn’t love is that there is an unexpected $200 “security deposit” that they actually charge your card at check in and in addition to your resort fees. "Clean rooms, very friendly staff. The breakfast was great. The location was easy access to the beach and had beautiful views. We also were able to walk to lunch and for mini golfing. Unfortunately our only complaint is the town enforced curfew where everyone had to be inside by 9pm. It was no fault of the hotel but it did make the hotel very loud Saturday night (it was quiet Sunday). The hotel itself was secure but we were definitely nervous. "
