The receptionist was super nice though. It’s not her fault the property is not maintained well. It’s a $50 a night room, not $100."

"This last-minute booking was a super sleeper. We will definitely be back. The rooms were clean and spacious. You can tell they’ve been remodeled. The beds were comfy. The water pressure was AMAZING! They advertise continental breakfast, but it was expanded. Convenient to everything but still really quiet 10 out of 10. Highly recommend."

"The air conditioner in our room would not maintain temperature. The room would get cold and then get hot all night long making it difficult to stay asleep. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. Aside from the AC issue it was a great stay."

"Make sure you are 21 years old to book the room and bring something to spray in the room. It had a stinch. Breakfast was okay, parking was good no problems. They need to cut the bushes at the entrance because you can't see traffic on the other end."

"Newly remodeled and very nice and clean. I wish there was a clothes rack/rod of some sort to hang my clothes, as we were in Hot Springs for a funeral and had dressy clothes that needed to be hung. It also would have been nice to have had an iron and ironing board, but I don't think the rooms come equipped with those. We received so many different emails with gate and room codes that it was a bit confusing. Overall, we were happy with the room as it was very clean, which is what it most important...

"The security latch /lock on the door was missing half. The windows was a two piece held together with clear tape. The trim on the bottom of the wall was missing in places and fell off laying in the floor in other spots. They actually give you a plastic bag with your soap,wash cloth,towels and toilet paper. ( like am I in jail ?) And the ice machine is falling apart no scoop . Nothing in the room to get ice with. No ice bucket no cup nothing."
