This excellent property has been furnished to a great standard. Itā€™s the ideal retreat for a relaxed & fully facilitated stay, located in small, quiet, kid-friendly neighborhood. We believe itā€™s the ultimate location to experience Oviedo in a laid-back manner. Get ready to get inspired! Very close to some fabulous sites. All in all, guaranteed enjoyment and relaxation. It is 2,200 square feet; a bright, clean, intimate layout with vaulted ceilings. 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Single floor, no stairs, other than one, 3 inch step from the living room into the back two bedrooms. Very comfortable and kid-friendly.

Outdoor Living space has it all: Pool with New 7' Jump Platform (both the pool & jumping platform ladders can be removed upon request for the safety of small children. No diving! Jumping only), Gas Grill, Fire Pit, Pergola with sunshade, dual fans, comfy patio furniture and soft lighting.

Movie Theater and Game Room in the fully finished garage with 7 foot screen (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+), Pool Table, Dual Shot basketball game, Jumbo Jenga & Connect 4!

Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom and it has a queen bed, 2 additional queen beds in a huge loft (great for kids), ceiling fan, full private bathroom, walk-in closet, wall mounted TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+) and access to the back patio via french doors.

Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, wall mounted TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +) and closet.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, ceiling fan, closet, floating desk and TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+).

Bedroom 4 has a queen loft and a queen bed underneath. It has a walk-in closet and two fans (one for each bed). It shares an attached, full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 5 (has 3 card tables and 12 additional chairs in the closet).

Bedroom 5 is the 2nd largest room in the house with a king bed, ceiling fan and closet. There is also a door to the backyard and patio off of this bedroom. If needed, a single mattress can be placed on the floor or a Pack-N-Play for an infant.

Bedroom 6 is the fully finished garage completely insulated with AC/heat. Two full reclining couches and a 7 foot screen, ceiling mounted projector with sound bar, pool table and dual shot basketball game.

My home can accommodate a total of 18 guests in beds (not counting the couches). Keep in mind that at or near full capacity it can be quite cozy.

Guest Access

You will have full access to everything in the house - high speed wireless internet, Amazon fire TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, Refrigerator/Freezer, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig Duo with k-cups and full coffee pot, etc.

In the backyard there is a patio with gas grill, outdoor furniture underneath a large pergola with two ceiling fans, and an above ground pool with 7' jumping platform (both the pool & jumping platform ladders can be removed upon request for the safety of small children. No diving! Jumping only).

Interaction with Guests

I will be able to help out with any problems since I live directly across the street. If I'm not able to help in person, you can always message, text or call me.

The Neighborhood

My home is in a kid-friendly neighborhood that has access to a small lake across the street that is great for fishing or feeding the horses on the adjacent farm.

Getting Around

In addition to being so close to the beaches, downtown Orlando, historic Winter Park, Sea Word, Disney, Universal Studios, UCF, etc. My home is 1 mile away from the 417 highway, Publix and Super Walmart.

Other Things to Note

If you are planning on bringing a pet, it must be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process. There will be an extra pet fee depending upon on how many pets and how long the stay.

My family and I were in Florida for a graduation. Even though itā€™s a Disney - Universal area, staying at this establishment was better than any vacation experience. Quiet, peaceful, and great communication. Clear and easy expectations. No hiccups or surprises.

We used this property to stay for an adult mens baseball league. It held several of us comfortably and we would stay there again if we play there again! Great communication with the owner and I highly recommend. Great location as well.

Accommodated 10 of us (5 adults and 5 teens) comfortably and had everything we needed. Nice neighborhood, easily accessible to main roads taking you anywhere local or out to beaches and theme parks. If you rent a car, be sure to get the toll pass. Would book again!

Jeremy is a great host and the place was perfect for us. I stayed with my family and my two sister's family and we had plenty of beds. The house was close to Full Sail University where we were for my son's graduation. It was also within easy driving distance to downtown Winter Park and also Orlando. Also, my mom was wheelchair bound and we were concerned that there was not a recliner in the living room for my mom. Jeremy replaced the old sofa which was amazing and can't thank him enough!

Jeremy was a great host. The house had many amenities and everything we needed. Check in process was smooth and the neighborhood and location was convenient to where we needed to go. The check out process was not unreasonable unlike some other properties. One of our guests unfortunately had car troubles and needed to stay in the driveway for a few hours after check out until a tow truck arrived. Jeremy was kind enough to be flexible and allow us to stay a bit longer. He was very easy to reach and responded in a very timely manner. Would stay again.

Our 10 family members stayed here for a week: 2 grandparents, 4 adults in their 40's, and 3 little ones. Jeremy was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and fixed an issue with the TVs promptly. The beds were OK. Everything was nice and clean except under the couch. The kitchen had nice amenities but was not fully equipped for preparing big family meals. The playroom was fun and our bigger kids loved the basketball hoops in there. The Pac n Play was in perfect condition. However, I would not recommend this house for very little ones. There were cleaning and painting supplies in unlocked cabinets in the playroom, and some very small toys not suitable for toddlers. We would have loved to open the windows on the cool nights but all of the screens except one had holes in them.

House was perfect for "guys weekend." Plenty of places to sleep for up to 16. House was clean, and well equipped. Nice back patio for hanging out. Communication with Jeremy was easy and quick! Close to UCF, and restaurants (short Uber ride). Highly recommend staying here.

First impressions of the location was a well kept, quiet neighborhood with every type of shopping need only a short distance away. And when we walked through the door, the house was CLEAN, spacious, and well stocked with all the essentials that one would need. The coffee bar was great! TVs in every room, with full access to the apps, Most major parks and attractions were within an easy 45 minute drive. Communication with Jeremy, the host, was wonderful. It got my seal of approval for my children and grandchildren to stay there. I would definitely rent again since my father lives 10 minutes away and since thereā€™s so many of us, we no longer can all fit in his home anymore! The kids only used the pool once since we were so busy, but their grandpa had a pool and we mostly had family time there. But they did enjoy the basketball hoop game and the pool table when we did have have some downtime. There are so many bedrooms to choose from, and with the layout of the house, everybody had their privacy when they needed it. Thanks Jeremy! The Georgion Family

This place is top notch. I enjoy how close it is to everything and the amount of communication by the host is amazing. Place is very comfortable with large groups and has endless entertainment.

Overall, this place fit our needs as we were there with family for the holiday and needed a place to sleep only - we have family close by with nice pool and lake access. Thank goodness for that because the outdoor area was atrocious and trashy. Ripped rug, table that was falling apart, the pool was gross, chairs tattered and dirty, and mildew all over everything. I had to put towels down to sit to have my morning coffee. My 6 year old son fell in a hole in the backyard and leg got stuck in that hole because the owner had covered the hole with a black trashbag. Broken stones everywhere. Next, I get a phone call from VRBO that too many people were in the house. My 95 yo grandmother and aunts came over to say hi for an hour when we arrived en route to their lunch. The owner I guess videotaped us? VRBO said the owner wanted to charge us for our guests coming over. He need not worry because I invited them before seeing the place and would never have done that had I seen it. I was so embarrassed. The rental lists that it holds 20 people maybe? I didn't think twice about this. Every person that came in and out of the house he videotaped and wanted to charge me for. Now maybe because this is near UCF college, he has problems with parties? But I am a mother of 3 and have small children. It was the most uncomfortable stay as the owner had cameras everywhere and was watching us! I'm glad it was a short stay and we were not there for many hours of the day. Cleanliness - it felt old and dirty, especially the bathrooms. I feel as if they had it cleaned the best of their ability, but its not in the best condition. Kitchen wasn't awful, except the dishes and cups were all dirty and there was old food in cupboard. Old pans with scratches. Says parking for 4 cars in driveway - you can only fit 2 without blocking sidewalk. When I emailed the owner, he was courteous at least (after VRBO called me about my grandmother and aunts stopping by). I did not like this stay.

I rented this for my wife & I andimmediate family,(2 daughters and their husbands and 2 children under 10) also my two adult sisters joined us. It was perfect for what we needed, clean, great location and Jeremy was very accommodating. We spent a lot of time drinking our morning coffee and hanging out on the outside deck. We had plenty of towels and the kitchen had all we needed to prepare the few meals we prepared. Iā€™d highly recommend this house.
