"The room had a jet tub which infact was extremely relaxing. Our TV had a small issue and within 1 minute of calling to let the front desk know, they came straight to the room and fixed it immediately. The hotel staff was very friendly all the way around. "I cannot say is the worse place I haver been but it’s very noise, the beds are far from being good. Despite it has been renovated recently, the dark brown colors make the rooms quite unpleasant. An then, there is the problem of the take way breakfast. They gave some terrible food choices, everything in plastics which you take to your room. You do have a microwave in the room but…. There is no lift. If you have big suitcases and are assign to the second floor, you have to carry the baggage by...

"Stinky room, below power quality for Hilton name. Difficult Parking, did not get what I booked for. Overall, one of the poorest experience. I had to cover my head with a bedsheet in order to avoid the smell in the room, even with air condition on there was a smell. I was so tired that I did not bother to call the reception because I saw the quality of the reception and receptionist and I did not bother, as I knew that there won’t be any good telling them anything."

"Please don’t stay here. WiFi does not work. Period. And that is not because you are in the wrong room. It doesn’t work in any room. Why? Because owners / managers think that WiFi is complementary and not really a core part of the offering. When asked for refund to move to a different hotel, management flatly denied the request. Overall a pathetic experience. Stay away for your own sanity!"
