This is your quiet sanctuary to relax and recharge after busy day traveling. Beautiful decor, comfy couches and new mattresses with freshly laundered linens, nicely stocked kitchen - everything you need for a great relaxing stay. Conveniently located in the heart of Overland Park, 30 mins from KC airport, 20 mins from downtown, Power & Light district or Convention Center. Great for business travelers, families or couples. Very affordable. Easy highway access (US69/ I-35)
The house has two levels. Two bedrooms, full bathroom , living space and the kitchen are located on upper level with another two bedrooms, bathroom and garage located downstairs. Couch upstairs has a pull-out bed large enough for two. Kitchen has a microwave, toaster and a coffee maker. In the kitchen cabinets you can find cups, glasses, vine glasses, plates and utensils enough for 10 persons.
Please be aware that max occupancy of 10 assumes that people will share queen beds and sofa-beds.
Our process assumes no interaction with the hosts, i.e. self check-in/check-out, but we re text/phone call away if you have a question or concern.
Neighborhood overview: quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood very close to Overland Park City Hall complex.
Other things to note: please no pets. Please respect our neighbors - no loud music or noise or party after 10pm.

We live at the Lake of the Ozarks and was in town for our son's wedding. We had a few family and friend stay with us. Very roomy, clean and centrally located to anything in the city. Price was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

There wasnā€™t a hook or towel bar in downstairs bathroom. I looked for hangers to hold our wet towelsā€¦ I found 2 plastic Walmart type hangers in the entire house that could have snapped with a towel hanging on them! I borrowed hangers from family for the towels and hung them on the handrail from the basement Dishes from previous guests were still in Dishwasher, I didnā€™t empty it. I found in the utensil drawer 3 forks. I brought, plastic silverware, plastic cups and paper plates and very thankful I did. Beds were okay but walls are also paper thin. You definitely know thereā€™s people next door. But that wasnā€™t an issue for us. It was loud at times but calmed down.

While staying at this property everyone was okay & no one had COVID however after our stay everyone felt sick & everyone tested positive for COVID. They also had roaches & so Iā€™m not sure if we caught it from someone in the house or the host doesnā€™t do the proper maintenance of keeping it clean but please be aware that this property is not the cleanest

We were in town for a game. This property was inexpensive, convenient to where we wanted to go and exactly what they describe. Thanks for the hospitality!

House was great! We ended up having a full house but it was still comfortable. I will say, the house sleeps 10 but there is only a couch on the common area. There are dining room chairs you can pull in. The only other thing is the four bedroom is actually the downstairs living area so there isn't a ton of privacy for the room with the king bed. The house was great though! It really worked having two usable bathrooms that weren't inside a room with the amount of people the house sleeps. Very clean. Great experience!

The duplex is advertised as four bedrooms, but the two rooms downstairs donā€™t have doors that shut. One is really part of a garage and neither has a closet. A steep staircase descends into one of the bedrooms and is behind the door. So people in the other bedroom cannot go upstairs without opening the door of the other bedroom, which also has an outside door that doesnā€™t provide enough protection. The bathroom has a tiny shower in which an adult canā€™t lean over. Has no towel bars, but a pushpin stuck in the wall. I ran the dishwasher and nearly got sick. Dead fish smell emanated the entire time in ran, plus the dishwasher has broken parts. The downstairs sink was clogged. The place only has a sofa in the living room, no chairs. Everything is put together so sloppily and poorly.

The only thing that I did not like waas when we booked it on the website it said check out with 11:00 a.m. the owner told me it was 10:00 a.m. I requested the extra hour so we could get ready to leave and they said yes it's all on the messages and then at 10 o'clock they started contacting me about when I was going to be leaving and at 11 o'clock they said our cleaning team is ready to go in and we were pulling out I've never had that happen before in all the Times I've rented properties that did not make me happy
