"Wasn't aware that there were two separate properties with the same name so we went to the other property across the street and we were very confused when we weren't able to find our room number in the building and there was no staff available to ask. The lighting in the bathroom was HORRIBLE. It was impossible to put on makeup for a wedding I was attending because the lighting was so bad!. Had to waste time shopping for brighter light bulbs to replace the very dark/dim ones above the bathroom...

"We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, renovated, and modern. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed being able to use amenities at the neighboring attached property as well. The location was excellent and was walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, and museums. We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future. "

"Do not stay here. The room we booked was suddenly unavailable so they “upgraded” us to a “better” room. The room we originally booked was a king, they gave us a queen spa suite. Which was newly renovated, but it was tiny and the jetted tub for two was definitely not for two adults. It was also in the middle of the room, and since the room was so small, you got the bed wet any time you used it. That jetted tub is also the only shower / bath in the room at all. Very weird.
