"House was as expected; spacious and had everything we needed! It was very Clean with comfortable Beds and Furniture. The Pool Table in the finished basement was an added plus! Great location and neighborhood felt safe. Excellent communication from Host, prompt and always very pleasant. Will stay at this property again!"

"This home was better then the photos showed. The layout worked wonderful for our family and allowed all of us to have space without being on top of one another. The kitchen was very well furnished and they yard was huge! The bathrooms were updated and very lovely. The amenities were very plentiful! The location was ideal for us offering easy access to anything we needed during our 4 days. I highly recommend booking this home with Tyler!"

"Cozy Christmas with family in KC. House had all we needed for a great family gathering. Enjoyed having the two living areas/family rooms so we could spread out. Nice large kitchen for cooking together. Great Overland Park location. Amber is responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!"
