Centrally located, beautiful neighborhood and close to Westport (the reason for my trip). Also convenient to several local spots worth seeing. Timely communication w/the hostthroughout. "

"We had an awesome stay here!! The host made sure that we had everything we needed and the apartment was to our liking which it was!! You cant get a hotel room that has this much room in it and a washer/dryer and full kitchen and definitely not as clean as this one was!! The benefit of being right above Ragazzas and the street car that stop right in front of the place was the Cherry on top for us!! Cant wait to stay here again!!"

Totally my fault, but when I reached out to the owner, he was at a family dinner, no problem, but he said to text him with updated information. That was on a Friday evening, I don't have exact timeline but did not hear back from him at all about updating reservation. Followed up the following Tuesday or Wednesday to get the corrected dates, not knowing if it was available.Also texted him the week of the reservation about making...

"Hot tub not working, icky water and cover half off, broken loungers by pool, some very strange people hanging around…. One women sat at front desk with pajamas and robe, very inprofesaional. Price we paid on VRBO was more than if just calling and booking. Room was decent. We had underwater left in drawer we took to front desk. Asked for clean towels and toilet paper, no one available so had to take down ourselves, no matching towels and no wrapped toilet paper. Very strange place - do not...
