"Our first time staying at an Element property was delightful. At check-in, the front desk employee explained the unique features of staying here (filtered drinking water, cooked breakfast with a focused menu, free usage of bicycles, indoor saltwater pool, etc.). These features, along with the eco-friendly environment, are all favorable aspects of hotel properties in Europe.

"Nice part of town. Safe for families. Some shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Free breakfast is always appreciated when you have a family, makes mornings easier. I would stay here again. "
"This is an older property, but is maintained nicely. My car broke down on the interstate heading back to Chicago. Management was accommodating by allowing me to check in hours earlier than what is normally acceptable. I can walk to the repair shop in just a few minutes as well as Chili's and mini-markets and a variety of other locations."
"We had an amazing stay for our anniversary! There was always plenty of staff around to assist with anything! The hotel while very busy was always clean! The remodel is beautiful. We are already looking forward to our next stay with Drury!"

"We had a late check in after the Chiefs game, and check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and well maintained. We were however woken up right before 8 am by the housekeeping crew cleaning the room next door, and other rooms close by. It was pretty loud, and could hear their conversations outside the door. Honestly, that would be the only complaint. We made our way down to breakfast at 9, and normally with most other hotels, if you come during the last half of breakfast it's slim...
"Dirty dirty hotel, seems to be abandoned, they dont clean the room, it was one of the worst experience ever. And so far didnt unblock the security deposit … and i left early today."
"We stayed for 2 nights and had no issues. We did a late check in and everything was quick. The room was what we requested and was clean. The area is surrounded by plenty of eating and shopping spots. I would easily return when back in the area. "
