"My stay is usually great, but this time there were some minor inconveniences that did get addressed. My key card didn't work and I was about to get put into a room I didn't pay for. All in all the staff was very helpful and fixed everything. That's why I still give them five stars."

"WHEN WE CHECKED IN WE WERE NOTIFIED THAT THE ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THEY WOULD POST THAT INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE WHEN IT HAPPENS. THE LADY WHO CHECKED US IN APOLOGIZED AND SAID SHE MOVED US DOWN A FLOOR TO GET US CLOSER TO THE BOTTOM SO WE WOULD NOT HAVE MANY STAIRS TO CLIMB. THEY HAD SIGNS ALL OVER THE HOTEL, BUT AGAIN, NO NOTICE ON LINE OR VIA MESSAGES."

"Clean room but small space and very dated. If you don’t need stove and a full size refrigerator, which occupy too much space in the room, look elsewhere. Low ceiling makes the room look pretty cramped. Not worth my $200. Below average breakfast. Only good thing there was front desk staff and special shout out to Miriam. Thank you for being so nice. "

"I was very impressed at this hotel, especially for the price. The main part, the room, was very clean and comfy and came with quality toiletries. The hot tub and indoor pool were CLEAN and nice and the hot tub was nice and hot but did not bubble up. The staff was very friendly from start to finish. I will return for sure! I slept in and missed breakfast."

"This was probably the biggest room with the biggest bathroom I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were HUGE! Plus the hors d’oeuvres, three free drinks, and hot breakfast were a really nice perk. The food was really good, especially the breakfast. I was really impressed. "

"Checked in and the entire lobby just has a weird smell of food. Got to our room and we had NO hot water. Reported to the front desk who had their maintenance come and said a fuse blew on the hot water heater. We just drove 8 hours and all my kids needed bathed. And were forced to take cold baths. After an hour the water was still cold and I was like "you'll just have to be patient" it was like midnight. The toilet paper smelled like cigarettes and there was no stopper for the bath tub. "

"The room was clean. The shower/toilet area was separate from the sink, which I prefer when more than one person is getting ready to go. We also had a separate sitting area which was nice for watching tv and reading."
