"The elevator was not working! My husband and I booked a one bedroom suite with a kitchenette for three nights. Our room was on the Fourth Floor. We had to walk up and down four flights of stairs each time we decided to leave to go anywhere. At least we got our daily dose of cardio. Oh, and the ice machine is on the First Floor. FYI. The person at the Front Desk wasn’t unpleasant, but could be friendlier. They did not greet me with a “Hello!” Or “How are you?” The only thing they said to me was:...

"My overall experience was nice. However, thete were ants on my bathroom and staffing said there was nothing they could do aince maintenance was no longer on duty. I was offered another room, however, i was told by other members on the floor that they too had ants. So i figured what was the point. I wasnt offered a discount , so i had to live in a room with an ant farm"

"The hotel was under construction while we were there. This information was not indicated in the website. When we inquired about it, the front front desk person said it wasn’t his fault and that we could call the manager on Monday. Additionally, one of the beds had a giant crater in the middle of it. The elevator walls were peeling, and the hallways had no baseboard and exposed drywall. Additionally, the pool was under construction and not usable. We were very disappointed that the hotel did not...

"We had a wonderful experience at Drury! My partner and I got into town a bit late in the evening for his business meeting the next day, we were welcomed with an upgrade to a suite and just in time to enjoy the 5:30 kickback. The dinner was simple, yet tasty and our drinks were delicious. "

"The hot tub is broken but the staff say the heated pool makes up for it. The delux room didn’t feel delux as its basic and same as a standard room is. The room was slightly dusty and bathroom counter still looked like someone shaved there at one time. Had to argue with staff about breakfast times as their pamphlets in the room says till 10 o clock but the staff thought it ended at 9. THE STAFF DIDNT KNOW THEIR PAMPHLETS IN EVERY ROOM SAID 10. "

"The front staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms aren’t the best. There was a residue on the bed that irritated my skin. There were visible stains on the bed cover. Neighbors were loud. The room kept making noises, toilet randomly running and another noise I never figured out. The bed was not comfortable and I did not get much rest. The rate was great though! "

"The room was mostly clean, but the bathrooms don’t look to have been deep cleaned in years. There is no comforters, so if you need more than a single blanket and a sheet you need to bring your own. Also be ready to wake up early as there were no curtains only blinds causing the sun to brighten up the room super early in the morning. On the outside there was trash all over the ground and you can see lint build up on the side of the building next to the door that you go in to check in. "
