"This was my favorite hotel we have stayed at in the KC area. Big rooms, great location, friendly staff and clean. We were disappointed at breakfast when we were there 30 minutes before closing time and they were already out of waffle batter, yogurt, cups for juice and no fresh fruit. But the rest of the experience was fantastic. "

"Clean room but small space and very dated. If you don’t need stove and a full size refrigerator, which occupy too much space in the room, look elsewhere. Low ceiling makes the room look pretty cramped. Not worth my $200. Below average breakfast. Only good thing there was front desk staff and special shout out to Miriam. Thank you for being so nice. "

"Checked in and the entire lobby just has a weird smell of food. Got to our room and we had NO hot water. Reported to the front desk who had their maintenance come and said a fuse blew on the hot water heater. We just drove 8 hours and all my kids needed bathed. And were forced to take cold baths. After an hour the water was still cold and I was like "you'll just have to be patient" it was like midnight. The toilet paper smelled like cigarettes and there was no stopper for the bath tub. "

"The room was so dirty. It had obviously not been cleaned. There was a dirty towel hanging on the door. There was dust and grime on just about everything. Stains on the sheets. Random hairs throughout the room. The room was not taken care of at all and very run down. Breakfast was a loaf of bread and a banana so also a let down. "
