"The description and pictures were not even close. The lobby was dirty, not dusty but the walls needed cleaned, the rug was filthy and the entrance/exit door was so disgusting I wouldn’t even touch it with my hands. I thought the 50 service plus shipping charge to return to me out of line (too expense). "
