Hotéis perto de Ousteri Lake

"This hotel has bicycles available for guests, and most of the staff is very attentive. Unfortunately, the gentleman working in the coffee shop was unable to make me a cappuccino with lactose-free milk, and when he finally did, it tasted terrible. He still charged me for it, and then asked if I could pay his bill so he could go upstairs. Aside from him, the rest of the staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are great, and I loved the story times they have every day! The location...

"Location is good with quiet and secluded surroundings. The rooms were clean but the toilets and bathrooms were dirty. Sometimes the flushes were not working or there were issues with the drainage. Staff was prompt to respond but the property need some regular maintenance work. Breakfast options were good."

"Rooms are very clean friendly and helpful staff. Location is very good. Food is very tasty. Overall excellent service."

"It was a great experience. I found one of the best hotels in Pondicherry. The hotel has a large, clean swimming pool, which was very well maintained. Although the property is old, but the interiors and overall cleanliness are impressive and exceptionally well kept. The hotel staff are polite, humble, and can communicate in Tamil, Hindi, and English, making the stay comfortable for all guests. The property also offers ample parking space and dedicated rooms for drivers, which is a thoughtful and...

"Great place to stay"

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work at all throughout our entire stay. In addition, the suite did not have an iron or ironing board, which was inconvenient. Overall, while...

"Staff was friendly and helpful"

"Nice hotel at this price range, only drowback is we won't get coffee/tea though we get good food. Parking is a big problem in pondicherry, however this hotel has some space to park the vehicle on road."

"This was not as described, not even a 3 star hotel, it is a lodge for people on a tight budget. No dining at the hotel, they have to purchase food from outside. Room was small, total disappointment for the price we paid."

"Room was cleaned regularly , staff friendly and prompt . Kumari madam extended great hospitality ."

"good hotel to stay. Good service well maintained. Room and surrounding very clean. Good breakfast. Enjoyed stay "
