This lovely apartment is designed to offer comfort, style, and convenience for families, friends, or business travelers alike.

The heart of the home is the bright open-plan kitchen and living area, creating a welcoming space to relax and spend time together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and appliances, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked dinner. A dining table provides the perfect setting for shared meals, while the nearby balcony offers a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a refreshing shower, providing added privacy and comfort. The second bedroom offers two single beds, making it ideal for friends or children, while the third bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

A second bathroom with a shower serves the remaining bedrooms, and fresh towels are provided for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-the-phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day.

A comfortable and well-located apartment in Fátima, just minutes from one of the world’s most important Catholic pilgrimage destinations. Guests can easily visit the Sanctuary of Fátima, including the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary, the Basilica of the Holy Trinity, and the Chapel of the Apparitions.

The area also offers museums, religious sites, cafés, and local restaurants, while the nearby villages of Aljustrel and Valinhos provide insight into the history of the three shepherd children. With easy access to central Portugal’s cultural and natural attractions, it’s an ideal base for both pilgrimage and sightseeing.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Fátima Bus Terminal, is approximately a 10–15 minute walk from the property, offering regular connections to Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra, and other major cities.

The nearest train station, Caxarias (Linha do Norte), is about a 20–25 minute drive from the property, providing regional and national rail connections.

Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) is approximately a 1 hour 15 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
