This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom second floor spacious vacation home with well thought-out appointments is ideally located in the heart of Downtown Ouray just one block from Main Street. It provides easy access to Ouray's historic downtown, with many shops and galleries, one-of-a-kind restaurants, and the famous Ouray hot springs.

Featuring modern updates, a gas fireplace, in-floor heat, a covered patio, propane gas BBQ grill and a shared courtyard.

Bed Configuration:
Primary Bedroom - Queen Bed and Daybed,
Second Bedroom - Queen Bed,
Third Bedroom - Queen Bed and Twin Bed.

Mission Rock #2 is one of three units in the enclosed and gated Mission Rock Complex. All three complex units (Mission Rock #1, Mission Rock #2, and the Mission Rock Cottage) can be rented together or separately as individual units. Mission Rock #2 is a main-level unit. This home has access to a shared courtyard.

Guests are welcome to park up to two regular-size vehicles along the left side of alleyway, in front of this vacation home. No trailers or RV parking allowed.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

PROPERTY DISCLOSURES:
1. This complex is currently for sale and guests may receive showing requests.
2. There is currently construction underway across the alleyway from this complex. The finish date for the construction is not certain at this time. We will ensure construction crews adhere to the City of Ouray noise ordinance guidelines.
3. As with most homes in the area, this home does not have air conditioning.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
