No amenities

This house was beautiful but lacked personal amenities. One towel per person, no hand soap 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom and kitchen lacked several standard items. No wine glasses, pots and pans were scratched and uncleaned. No large bowls for salad and no Tupperware of any kind. Lamp in one room the switch was broken and master bedroom ceiling fan had only one speed… slow. Beautiful view but lacked personal touch for the 3400 a week cost.

Mountain Getaway!

We loved the location of the house and the views were amazing! Plenty of space for the two couples. We wished there there had been wine glasses and a better array of food preparation items. But overall we were very happy as there were a number of wonderful restaurants downtown.

Great Location With Fantastic Views

The entire rental process was extremely easy and all six adults (3 couples) enjoyed the house. We were close to Ouray and all the mountain activities we wanted to participate in. The view of the mountains through the many picture windows made our Ouray stay that much more memorable.

Comfortable rental

This rental was extremely comfortable. Beds were great and so awesome to have 3 bathrooms! A few tips for future travelers… the kitchen isn’t stocked entirely. There are no baking pans/Pyrex to use oven. Not even a cookie sheet. Plenty of pots for stove top but nothing to use oven with. We also wished there were more towels. If we were traveling by car then I’d just bring with me but traveling by plane makes bringing those items impossible. Those are easy fixes, not sure why this hasn’t been rectified by rental company. If traveling during snow or mud season you will want a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get to house and to park. This seems pretty standard for traveling to CO regardless but thought I’d mention. The house was awesome, super comfortable with plenty of space and view was amazing! I’d stay again for sure.

This property is VERY conveniently located to Ouray downtown… like 3 minutes. Super clean. Very spacious. Comfortable beds. Big roomy living room and bedrooms. Great vacation home.

The booklet of instructions was ridiculously detailed and actually condescending. We felt like they were talking to fifth graders. On our first night, A bear overturned the trash bin. The bin was still cabled shut and the bear was able to pull trash out and make a mess. Brock , the manager told us that we were responsible for cleaning up after the bear. We hadn’t even used the bin! I said “like hell”. He came and cleaned it up for us. He left us shovels and rakes for the next time which never happened. We were informed that we would be responsible for the cost of euthanasia of the bear it became necessary! These instructions need to be made available to the renter at the time of sign up. Other than that, an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful House & Views!

The house is as pictured and really close to Ouray, but located in a really quiet neighborhood. All rooms are spacious, even the bathrooms. House could use some touch up on finishing details from the remodel/build. Has pieces of plastic wrap from construction up on beams & missing sheetrock under fireplace. Kitchen needs some baking pans & corningware, as well as measuring cups/spoons. But we would stay here again!

Sibling reuniion!

Relaxing, beautiful views. 3 king beds and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our family. Front of house could use some weed control, and kitchen not well equipped to eat in, but we managed. Would rent again, but pack a few things for kitchen use.

Nice House

Nice house a few miles North of town, but parking was tight if you have trailers. We loved that it had air conditioning. It was stocked well, except for no hand towels in the bathrooms, and no wine glasses. Great views from the deck and porch. Our contact, Brock, was quick at responding to emails.

Poorly Equipped Kitchen

Don't expect to do much cooking. There isn't much to use, and what is there is in pretty bad shape. No measuring cups, no mixing bowls, no wine glasses. Also, the east deck has two boards that are so loose--total safety hazard. Follows many of the construction flaws that are evident in this property. Built fast and, in many cases, unfinished. Other than that...great location, beautiful views.

Absolutely Fantastic Property

Property was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. The views were spot on. Nothing like a cup of hot coffee in the morning watching the sun rise behind the mountains. Lots of wildlife around, too! Everything worked perfect. Layout was great. Cozy and comfortable. Beautiful home and so close to town, but far enough away. Want to use again!

The best views

The mountain views from the windows and porches are incredible and well worth a visit to this spacious home! It’s huge and conveniently located with a short drive into town for the hot springs or businesses. It seems like a new property, and a few tweaks will make for a more comfortable stay. In order to park our car in the designated area, we had to shovel gravel from the driveway to form a ramp up to a railroad tie that forms the border of the parking space. The management company sent an email with checkout instructions that contradicted those left in a binder in the home, but communication was otherwise clear and convenient.

Quiet and perfect!

This place is perfect for a peaceful mountain stay. The living room and kitchen area are amazing. The bedrooms are of great size and are comfortable. I want this place next year on our Jeep trip.

Great Views

We had such a great time escaping to Ouray in this beautiful VRBO. We loved that there were 3 full bathrooms to go with the 3 bedrooms so each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. It did get quit warm and many of the bedroom windows do not open but we were also there during a time of record breaking heat so I do not think it'd always be that warm
