Nick was readily available and helpful during our stay, the studio apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped (not surprising as Nick was always was around with his cleaning equipment). "Fabulous cottage in a beautiful location. A lovely vegan welcome pack was an unexpected surprise. The only negative for us was it did smell of dogs and there were dog hairs on the sofa other than that the cottage was clean and had everything we needed. "

"The apartment was nice, but I did not get apartment I booked and was not told before my stay because I booked the apartment with a bath and was given an apartment with a shower, I had trouble with openening and locking them as i found the catches were too small to open the door and I had to use 2 hands to open the main doors, one for the handle and one for the lock, I initially had trouble getting into the building because the door had a code and was not given instructions of how to use the code...

"Very nice and comfortable week long stay at the above, 3 adults and 2 border collies. Ideal location for what we wanted, within 1 minute walk through rear gate and amongst the dunes. Although the elder dog is 13.5 years old, soon as we mentioned 'walk' she manages to stand after a spinal injuries 2 years ago, but to see her face light up when she gets onto the sand, with the youngerone tormenting her slightly, they both really enjoyed there holiday as well. May well try to rebook for next year...

"We recently stayed here for a week and have nothing but praise for this little hideaway cottage. It is well situated for visiting all the tourist attractions in Suffolk and is exceptionally well equipped. The cottage was spotlessly clean and Jane and Paul were really were really friendly and helpful. This cottage was like coming home to a sanctuary after busy days out exploring. Highly recommend! "
