Located on the upper floor, this 75 m² apartment offers all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay.
As you enter, you’ll find a spacious, bright living room on your left—perfect for relaxing.
The living room is furnished with several comfortable sofas, a TV, a dining table, and a sideboard—ideal for convivial meals or relaxing moments with family or friends.
At the far end of the room, a balcony furnished with a table and chairs invites you to enjoy a superb view of the canal and the lighthouse.
Across from the entrance, a large closet makes it easy to store your belongings.
Opposite the closet is a separate room featuring a vanity with a mirror and a toilet.
Further on, the fully equipped kitchen awaits you: gas stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker… Everything you need to prepare delicious meals!
To the right of the entrance, a staircase leads you upstairs, where you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms:

One bedroom with two single beds
Theupstairs also features a modern bathroom with a toilet.
You’ll also find a washing machine there, as well as a vanity with a mirror.
Outside, a private garden is located to the right of the building ’s entrance, perfect for enjoying a moment of peace and quiet.
Two free parking spaces are available right in front of the entrance, one on each side of the gate.
Included: Wi-Fi, linens (towels, dish towels, bath mats, bed sheets), a roll of toilet paper, a sponge, and a trash bag will be waiting for you in the apartment. For the rest of your stay, we’ll leave it up to you to purchase what you need.
You’ll have access to the entire apartment as well as all the amenities.
You’ll receive a set of keys.
