"Housekeeping Excellence: The housekeeping team delivered outstanding service with friendly, reliable staff who arrived promptly for each cleaning session.
Helpful Team Members: Staff proved attentive and informative, readily providing guidance whenever assistance was required.
Breakfast Offerings: While breakfast quality was satisfactory, we encountered some disappointments—certain items my son preferred, such as chocolate spread, weren't restocked the following morning, and jam selections...

"The room is well renovated and everything works, mainly the shower. The breakfast is excelent, but expensive. There are some work in progress on the square in front of the reception, with the street interrupted, so the taxis and ubers sometimes don’t come to the right place. But it is a good location anyway to walk to the nice city centre of the (former) “steel city”, already converted to pedestrian streets. There was a fire alarm once in an ungodly hour, with everybody using the stairs to go...

"Bathroom door wouldn’t unlock from the inside when locked. Staff overworked and busy so fixed myself.
Breakfast ran out of several items eg bacon, hot chocolate, tea cups. Toaster burned bread on one side. All despite it being not very busy. Two members of staff seen on serving duty plus one person checking you in for breakfast but only about 12 people or so eating. Service should be better.
However three bath and threes small towels provided for a family stay which was handy."

"A clean and comfortable room at a good price, with an excellent, powerful shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Unfortunately, the TV had a very limited channel selection, meaning I was left having to watch mainstream media, with BBC News being the only available news channel. The television would benefit from being retuned, as several channels were missing, including GB News. Overall, a pleasant stay offering good value for money."
