"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "The stay at this hostel was great. Hannah at the reception was very helpful, friendly, and always smiling. The check-in and check-out processes were also quick.
