The holiday home is located in the quiet residential area of "Achtern Diek".

There are two parking spaces in front of the house.

The spacious master bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, and a child's cot. The adjacent bedroom upstairs has two single beds and a television. The bedrooms are newly renovated, bright, and comfortably furnished.

The living room on the ground floor, with its cozy seating area and fireplace, features a flat-screen television, a DVD player, a radio, and a CD player.

Adjacent to the living room is the south-facing terrace with garden furniture and cushions, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. It is not visible from the street.

The house includes a lovely, large garden, ideal for barbecues and games.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a four-burner ceramic hob, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle.

A separate dining room is perfect for enjoying breakfast on cooler days.

The bathrooms on the lower and upper floors are equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
