"Very quirky property, but the location can't be beat for the price. It was a quick walk down the property stairs (~50) to get onto the beach where we could wander for hours during the super low tide. Exceptionally clean. Nice to have a kitchen. Bed was comfy but noisy (very thick tarp like mattress cover). Electric fireplace seemed like a nice touch but didn't work after about 60 seconds, despite numerous resets. All in all would stay again purely for the beach access."

"This is one of a kind experience! Very clean! Very nice and inviting environment. Happy hour is a nice treat before you head out to dinner and it's nice to talk to Randy to hear about the history of the boat. The breakfast is delicious. We will be back!! "
