"Clean cabin with a comfortable bed. We were able to enjoy an outdoor fire both nights. It was easy to check in and out. The owner was very pleasant and welcoming. The owner’s store on the property had food and yummy treats to purchase. We would stay again in the future. It was perfect for what we needed. "

"This is our second stay at High Pines cabin, and it’s always a pleasure. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoy sitting on the screened in-porch, listening to the rooster crow, or the birds chirping or the river ever cruising by. Thendara and Old Forge are close and there are a few good golf courses not too far away."

"Four generations of my family came to Old Forge for a weekend in September. Two groups camped at the Old Forge Camping resort and two stayed at the Thendara House. Everything was as described. We had a great front porch to sit on and there was a fire pit in the back yard. Our host was fantastic! She was always available to answer any questions that we had. The locations was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this house!"

"Property was clean and as described. Had everything that was needed and nothing that wasn't. Was looking for a quiet getaway in a beautiful place and the property didn't disappoint. Owner was very responsive to any questions/needs I had. Got lucky with perfect fall weather. Would stay again!"

"Beautiful cozy cabin perfect for our little family. Having a washer an dryer was definitely a huge plus with having a young child. Highly recommend staying here again. Thankyou for our wonderful stay "

"The location is beautiful in the Fall and the house is great. Plenty of room. Our weather was great and despite the lower temperature we were able to take one of the rowboats out for a delightful time. We will stay again."

"This home was so beautiful & cozy, perfectly located in Otter Lake, and the host was so accommodating and communicated clearly. Highly recommend! We loved the game selection, fireplace, and homemade sourdough bread. "

"Yes, this home is every bit as cozy & comfy as described! Immediately felt its charm. Beautiful view of the water from the sliding glass doors. Pine Tree Inn for a meal is less than 5 min. away. Snowmobile access was just down the road 1/4 mi. For any ATT cell users, there is minimal to no signal, but if you stand just outside you can hop onto the WiFi. Well stocked with all necessities! Our group were coffee drinkers so a regular coffee maker would have been useful vs single serve. I would...

"This is our second time coming to Little Pines and we absolutely enjoyed it. It truly is a comfy cozy spot. We love the rustic style and Rhiannon is amazing to communicate with! House directions were easy to understand and follow. Great location spot to go anywhere else in the Adirondacks! We are definitely coming back! 😀😀😀"
