"I’ve stayed at Brookstreet Hotel many times over the years, and it has always been a place I genuinely look forward to returning to. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience have consistently been excellent, which is why I continue to choose it.
However, this most recent stay was not as enjoyable. I was placed in a room that was connected to a neighboring room by a door, and unfortunately the soundproofing was very poor. I could clearly hear conversations from the other room both early...

"Everything was great, food was good, staff was very friendly. The only thing I’d change is th Tvs. For the price you pay at this hotel you’d think there would be a smart tv. No one watches channels anymore it’s 2026 Hilton. "

"The room was the low point of the trip. I attended a wedding for one night and stayed in a queen suite. By the time we were ready for bed, the pull out sofa had no sheets in the room and when we pulled the sheets off the bed, there were stains on the underside of the sheets. It was already 2 am and we did not think to call someone. The room needs to be updated especially if they are charging over 350/night. The bed was not comfortable as you could feel the springs in your back. Spa looked great....
