"The house was beautiful and clean. We didn’t realize that this house is a lakefront property. That was a bonus. Probably the only negative would be the beds. Unfortunately the mattresses on all of the beds would almost like a bit of foam on plywood. Not good at all. But honestly that was the only negative."

"This house was just as advertised. A group of five of us stayed here for a wedding in Tecumseh. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was great to have a kitchen and large living space to share. The host was helpful and flexible with our party. Close enough to walk to downtown Tecumseh and enjoy the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for a weekend stay."

"David and Erika were excellent hosts in every way. Erika greeted us when we arrived and Dave was concerned and offered his assistance in multiple ways, far exceeding expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The house was filled with snacks, the fridge stocked and all other essentials were more than ample. This rental and property was the best by far in comparison to all other rentals we’ve encountered over the years."

"Property is great and in a great location. Historic neighborhood near stubborn brothers pizza which was amazing! The house was great except the upstairs gets very hot when temps are warm. High was 80 the days we stayed. Upstairs would be too hot if it was any warmer outside without any extra fans. Bring extra fans even though each room has a fan. Downstairs AC unit works great."

"Nicely decorated. Stairs to upstairs bedroom was a little steep but doable. Maybe need another railing on opposite wall."

"Property needs a lot of work, needs to do a lots of upgrades as in gas from the stove odor, cleanliness, possibly a larger hot water tank because there was hardly any hot water and proper needs to upgrade on the facility as in better quality of linens bed and furniture"

"GREAT PLACE TO STAY"

"The room wasn’t exactly like the picture, pretty basic. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. There was a Keurig coffee maker but no coffee. No temperature gauge and the room cold outside the covers. Check in was simple, I was contacted by the owner through email when I arrived, they seemed helpful. Not a bad place if creature comforts aren’t important!"

"Previous renters left place unavailable for check in. Owner was responsive and let me know. Had to find alternative accommodation."

"Best accommodating property we have ever stayed at. The house was so well stocked and we had a great time watching the planes and the lighting bugs each night."

"A family gathering brought us to the area. The house was exactly as described and extremely clean and comfortable. We walked our dog around the neighborhood each evening and were also impressed with how nicely kept the homes are and how quiet it is there. It was centrally located to all our family. We would absolutely stay again!"

"We were in town for our son's graduation at UT Law School. The house is well stocked, beautifully decorated and plenty of room for a large family. We had 6 stay with us and 4 others at a local hotel. We had plenty of room for a family breakfast. Everyone talked about how comfortable the beds were.
