Villa Magi is on the high and new part of Otranto. Parking is always available and free. It is also possible to access the large parking area. A beautiful driveway that can be traveled on foot alone will take you to the center of Otranto and its beaches. It is 950 meters away and, in the final stretch, passes through bars, supermarkets, tobacconists etc.
The villa has 4 bedrooms (8 pax). 2 can be booked at a time. In the case of a single family group or friends, subject to availability, all together. The rooms have a private bathroom. Those who occupy the standard can see the occupants of the superior pass in front of their door. This is what differentiates them, at the moment until they are made independent with a new scale.
The bedrooms are subject to the living area and kitchen. This makes them fresh and comfortable. All rooms have a sliding mosquito net and a practical courtyard where you can hang clothes and towels to dry.
The outdoor spaces are large and equipped in a separate area. It will be pleasant to have lunch or dinner outdoors enjoying the cool of the evening. Some external areas remain in common, the living room, the living room, the kitchen, the internal dining area and the parking lot.
The large garden favors the possibility for children to play outdoors in total safety, or to be able to bring their own pet.
It is allowed to use your own linen. If you wish to use ours, you can book it at a cost of € 10 per person per stay, to be paid locally. We provide excellent quality: sheets, pillowcases and trio of towels which includes: sink, bidet and large shower towel.
