"Nice little room that was as advedtised, and just as expected for the price. Good place to sleep while you enjoy the coast and Lincoln City. Only issue I had was with the wifi password and signal strength, and the host was quick to answer when I sent messages to troubleshoot. If possible the network should be upgraded or expanded to a dedicated network for each building. Not a deal breaker for me due to my mobile hotspot, might be for other guests though. "

"This place is a complete dump!!! Exterior doors do not lock, unit was filthy, dated and there were people in the parking area openly doing illegal things. My family walked in the unit and basically walked right back out. Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here, you will regret it."

"Even though the property was listed as pet friendly the grass was at least 6” high and 8” in places in the backyard. It makes it hard to clean up after pets but we kept the yard clean. Dead flies were in every windowsill and found on the carpets. The house seemed to have a lot of flies inside the home which was irritating. The living room carpet was very dirty and treated with a strong offensive scent that was too strong for those people and me personally that are scent sensitive. We aired the...
