Trullo Vignaiolo is a wonderful villa in trulli and stone with private swimming pool, surrounded by the countryside of Ostuni. The accommodation owes its name “Vignaiolo” to the ancient vine that is present at the entrance of the trullo. The property has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, solarium area, gazebo and garden. The house can accommodate up to 6 people, and it is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking space and barbecue. Trullo Vignaiolo is far less than 3 km from the city center of Ostuni and about 12 km from the nearest beaches (about 20 minutes by car).



Trullo Vignaiolo has a living room with double sofa bed, a kitchen with 4 gas burners, oven, microwave oven, fridge and djshwasher, an adjacent dining room with table and chairs, 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 double bedrooms. Outside the villa there is a large gazebo with table and chairs, swimming pool (4m x 10m, h 1.30m) for the exclusive use of guests, solarium area with sun loungers and umbrella, brick barbecue and a large park with olive and almond trees.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Ostuni, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12, for the first 5 days.



Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 300€
