Trullo Parthenope is a beautiful vacation villa with pool and characteristic trullo, typical of the Apulian countryside, for rent for vacations in Ostuni, in the most authentic nature.
The trullo with pool has large outdoor spaces equipped with shower and relaxation areas, central air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, crib, alarm system etc.
The kitchen is complete with electric oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.

The
Trullo Parthenope is a newly renovated dwelling. The ancient trullo has
been restored to splendor according to tradition and everything has
been equipped with the most modern accessories.
Spacious outdoor
spaces allow you to fully enjoy outdoor living, with manicured garden,
relaxation areas, dining area in the shade of the bamboo gazebo.
The pool area is set in a raised area surrounded by dry-stone. Around the pool are sunbeds for solarium and outdoor shower.
The structure consists of two factory bodies joined from the inside: the more modern villa and the ancient trullo.
In
the newer part there are: the living room with wooden canopy and
masonry sofa, the large kitchen-living room with exposed pink stone
barrel vault, 1 double bedroom with wooden roof and en suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with 140-cm bed.
There are two niches in the trullo, in which 2 double beds, TV and blackout curtains have been inserted.
The
kitchen is equipped with induction cooktop. The bathrooms, furnished in
minimal style and complete with shower, are two in all.

Trullo
Parthenope is nestled among the lush olive groves of the Ostuni
countryside, just a few minutes` drive from the beautiful "White City."
The
town is known worldwide for its quaint old village painted in white
lime, rich in history, picturesque views, stores and typical small
restaurants, with panoramic views of the horizon that reaches the
Adriatic Sea.
The trullo with pool is just a few minutes` drive from famous beaches and lidos of the Marina di Ostuni coastline.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 300, payable on-site.

- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
