Lumia Suite is a 3-bed studio apartment for vacation rental in the historic center of Ostuni.
Renovated with care, the vacation home is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, hair dryer, TV, coffee maker, microwave, etc. Pets are allowed.

Lumia Suite is an old traditional cottage, carefully renovated, which retains all the charm and authenticity of historic buildings, in combination with modern comforts.
The studio apartment is furnished with: kitchenette complete with induction plate, dishes, electric stove and mini fridge, 1 double bed and 1 single sofa bed.
The bathroom, also renovated with quality materials, is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. The presence of air conditioning ensures a pleasant stay even on the hottest days.
The furniture is in a simple but elegant style, with exposed stone details that recall the local tradition, while the windows offer a charming view of the picturesque neighborhood.
The studio is ideal for those who want to fully experience Ostuni, with all its charming corners, typical restaurants and local stores, while still having an intimate and comfortable retreat.

Lumia Suite is located in the heart of the historic center of Ostuni, one of the most charming towns in Puglia, famous for its quaint white stone center and winding streets.
 
 
The location is convenient for a vacation in the heart of the most authentic Puglia, just a few minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of Marina di Ostuni and other historic centers of the Valle d`Itria all to be discovered.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Heating in the winter months at the mandatory extra cost of euro 5 per day.
