The holiday home "Modern House" is located in Ostuni br. in Italy's Valle d'Itria region and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 55 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The double bedroom has no window but there is a ventilation system with ozone lamp for air exchange, purification, and disinfection and there is a monitor exactly like a window that transmits real images of the outside. The home also features high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating, a Wi-Fi washer and dryer (request through owner) as well as cable TV. Children are allowed and a baby cot and a high chair are also available (upon request).
