Casa tra gli Ulivi is situated on a hillside with panoramic views, spans approximately 15,000 square meters of land, and is surrounded by over 200 olive trees.
An authentic and picturesque setting frames this contemporary villa, with simple and elegant lines, featuring comfortable interiors and ample outdoor living spaces.
Among these is the splendid swimming pool ( 11.5 x 3.5 meters) with a spacious, fully equipped sun deck, an outdoor shower, and a gazebo: everything you need to spend days of pure relaxation, basking in the Apulian sun and immersed in the region’s most picturesque natural surroundings.
Two ancient trulli in the garden make the scenery even more authentic, serving as distinctive elements that tell the story of the area’s history and rural architecture.
The villa consists of two adjacent , mirror-image independent units , ideal for two families or groups of friends who wish to spend their stay together while maintaining independence and privacy.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from May to October. 
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
