Surrounded by the beautiful countryside of Ostuni, La Gastalena is a designer villa with pool, 
ideal for who`s dreaming to spend an authentic, quiet vacation in
Puglia with all comfort needed, immersed in the colors and scents of the
Valle d`Itria. The villa was built according to the rural traditions of
Puglia, using traditional materials of the area. The property has a
beautiful pool and is equipped with air conditioning, internet and many
other amenities. It was built with care and attention to details.
There`s a enchanting view that is created by the trulli and the ancient
olive trees. You can separately rent the main villa of the Gastalena and
still use the whole property exclusively. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people. Animals are allowed on request.

and comfort it has to offer. The architecture is very impressive but
simple. The luxury villa is located on the countryside of Ostuni and is
surrounded by the beautiful nature of the area, among the hills of Valle d`Itria. The big blu pool is surrounded by a large solarium equipped with  armchairs and a gazebo furnished with a table, chairs, stone benches and cuchions so you can spend relaxing moments in the shade.

The property was built in a antique traditional style of Puglia: a pajara, with exposed stones using the dry wall technique. The shaded veranda
is furnished with sofas and armchairs, table and chairs, a blaze of
beauty and care. The interior is personalized with minimal-chic decor
elements and the opens space are decorated with vaults on the ceilings such as the living room, the open kitchen with an American island and dining room. 
The sleeping area consits of 3 double bedrooms.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and a tub next to the en suite
bathroom. One room has 2 single beds that can be unite so they form a
double bed if necessary, the other room has a French bed of 140
centimeters. They are both equipped with a bathroom with shower. The
terraces, the guests and the furniture are the perfect synthesis between
luxury and tradition. When you choose to rent just the main villa the
trulli complexes in the building remain closed but the property is still
at your exclusive use.

Among
the many amenities present at the villa, besides internet, there`s air
conditioning, a barbecue in the garden, a washing machine and dryer, a
high chair and 2 baby cots, a hair-dryer, iron and iron board. In
addition our team can offer you many other exclusive services such as
midweek cleaning, chef, massages, yoga classes, baby sitters, sailing
boat trips along the Adriatic coast, jeep or vespa tour.
The Gastalena is located just 7 kilometers from the wonderful historical center of Ostuni, also knowed as "White City". The villa is also close to other centers, famous for the beauty of the historic centers and the eno-gastronomic tradition, such as Cisternino that is just  7 kilometers away and Martina Franca  only 14 kilometes away. Even sea lovers can easily reach the coast on the Adriatic Sea, just 15 kilometers from the villa.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 35 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 132 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

- Bathrooms have no bidet.
- TV available only for DVD 
- Air conditioner in the main house and in the 2 master bedrooms in trulli (not in the double bedroom).
- Residential waste pick-up not present. Waste disposal by the recycling depot charged to the client or extra service with additional fee of 100€/week to be paid on site.
